Flybmi.com is a boutique airline based in the East Midlands that flies to over 48 European countries. We transformed the brand's digital experience, evolving its visual identity to create a more user-friendly website and booking flow. We built a new digital-first identity and design guidelines and reinvigorated their website, focusing on inspirational content and simple, user-friendly booking flows. The updated website led to a significant performance boost, with new booking conversions increasing by 43% and the bounce rate dropping by 16%.
